All products depicted on this website (as may be varied from time to time) are available for despatch to any mainland UK address, and by special arrangement (usually incurring additional charges) throughout the world and this includes addresses to the Channel Islands, Northern Ireland, Republic of Ireland, Isle of Wight, Isle of Man and the Scottish Highlands and Islands.
All products are subject to availability. If the product you order is unavailable, we will inform you (the customer) and offer you a suitable alternative product or inform you when the product will be available. In the event that we are unable to supply the product or any substitute product to you at all, we will notify you as soon as possible and will reimburse your payment in full. Occasionally manufacturers will update their products, and we reserve the right to supply these even if pictures and descriptions may vary from the listing shown.


Delivery and Returns Policy

Delivery will be made by Royal Mail or by Courier chosen by us. Larger Games Tables are transported by a 2-man team, and delivery will be arranged directly with you by the specialist Couriers. Most furniture orders are delivered on a pallet as this is the optimum method that such items can be safely delivered to the Customer. Due to the nature of Pallet deliveries, where this method of transportation is used, the delivery can only be to the kerbside of the Customer, and therefore the Customer should ensure that he/she can make arrangements to move the item(s) into place. 

Some of our range includes items that are unusual and from small producers.  They only produce limited numbers of their items and some are brought in and sent directly to you from our Trading Partners or Suppliers who ‘make to order’ or ship the order directly to the customer.  Our deliveries are normally within 28 days but we make every effort to confirm delivery upon receipt of order.  If you would like confirmation of estimated delivery time, please contact us before ordering and we will confirm the current status of that particular product line.

It is our policy to ensure that all products supplied to our customers arrive in perfect condition. If the goods arrive in damaged condition, you must advise us by the contact us form on this site within 48 hours of receipt. Additionally, if there is a problem, or if you wish to return the item, pleased contact us by the contact us page on this site, detailing your order number and the nature of the problem or the reason for return. If the product has been delivered in a damaged condition or was defective when dispatched, it may be returned within 28 days for a replacement or refund. On receipt, the returned item will be checked and a refund processed, a replacement dispatched or other appropriate action taken, as agreed.
If you wish to return an item for other reasons you must inform us within 7 days of delivery. You will be given an address for any approved returns to be sent, along with a Returns Approval Number.  The item must then be returned to us in good re-sellable condition, and in its original packaging, including unbroken seals where originally supplied, within 28 days. On receipt the item will be checked before a refund is processed, and the refund will comprise the cost paid for the item. In these circumstances, the customer is wholly responsible for arranging the return of the item(s) return postage/carriage, and for insuring the return, as the goods remain your property until received in good condition by us. This does not affect your statutory rights.

We may change the advertised price of a product at any time. The price you pay will be the price in force at the time of your order.
The price on your order will be confirmed by us as part of the checkout procedure. We try to ensure prices displayed on our website are correct at all times.
Should a pricing error arise, we will inform you if a products correct price is higher than that stated on your order and you may choose to either proceed with or cancel the order.

You undertake that all details you provide to us for the purpose of purchasing products or services which may be offered by us on our website will be correct, that the credit or debit card which you use is your own and that there are sufficient funds to cover the cost of any products or services ordered. Cookies are used on this shopping site to keep track of the contents of your shopping cart once you have selected an item, to store delivery addresses if the address book is used, and to store your details if you select the “remember me” option.
